7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first paid subscription only (PRO or PRO AI).

Eligibility

You get a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
• This is your first paid subscription to TrainCraft
• You have not violated our Terms of Service

Important: The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription. If you subscribe again after cancelling, no refunds are available.

How to Request a Refund

2. Subject line: "Refund Request"
3. Include your account email

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. No exceptions.

No Refunds For

• Subscription renewals (monthly payments after the first)
• Partial months or unused time
• Repeat subscriptions (if you resubscribe after cancelling)
• Downgrades or plan changes
• Accounts banned for Terms of Service violations

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

• Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period
• No refund for remaining days

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and refund legitimate billing errors.

Service Shutdown

If TrainCraft shuts down, all active subscribers receive a pro-rated refund for unused time. We will give 30 days notice.

Payment Processing

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe:

• Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
