1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrainCraft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.1 Service Provider

TrainCraft is operated as a sole proprietorship (individual entrepreneur). The service is provided for business use by individual athletes and cycling enthusiasts.

2. Description of Service

TrainCraft provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and tracking cycling workouts. The Service includes:

• Workout builder and design tools
• AI-powered workout generation (PRO AI tier only)
• Integration with third-party fitness services (Strava, Garmin Connect, etc.)
• Import of activity data from connected wearable devices and services (with your authorization)
• Export of workout structures to connected services and file formats
• Training analytics and progress tracking (TSS, CTL, ATL, TSB)
• Export to various workout file formats (.fit, .tcx, .zwo, etc.)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use TrainCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

TrainCraft offers Free, PRO ($4.99/month), and PRO AI ($7.99/month) subscription tiers. Detailed features are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will be notified of price changes via email.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the workouts, training plans, and other content you create using TrainCraft. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5.2 License to TrainCraft

By using our Service, you grant TrainCraft a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Connected Services

TrainCraft integrates with third-party fitness services including Strava and Garmin Connect. These integrations allow you to:

• Import activities: Sync your cycling activities from connected services to TrainCraft for progress tracking and fitness analysis
• Export workouts: Push workouts you create in TrainCraft to your connected service calendar (e.g., sync to Garmin Connect to execute on your device)

6.2 Authorization and Control

By connecting a third-party service, you:

• Authorize TrainCraft to access your data from that service via OAuth 2.0
• Understand that data import/export occurs with your explicit consent
• Can disconnect the integration at any time in Settings
• Agree that disconnection will result in deletion of imported data within 48 hours

6.3 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

• Garmin: Garmin Connect Developer Program Terms

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party services. We do not control their data handling or availability.

7. AI Features

AI-generated workouts are provided as suggestions based on available data. TrainCraft is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from following AI-generated workout recommendations. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any training program.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

The TrainCraft Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by TrainCraft and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TrainCraft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TrainCraft SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrainCraft harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TrainCraft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
